Return & Refund Policy

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns may be covered by the customer unless the product is defective. Exchanges can be requested based on stock availability.
